4. To be eligible to win the $1,000 myfamilydeals.com.au credit, you must sign up before 31st March 2012 and agree to all these Terms and Conditions.
5. There is a limit of one entry per person for this competition.
6. Any entries that are incomplete or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid.
7. Family members and employees of The Promoter or its related entities are ineligible to enter.
8. The winner of the $1,000 myfamilydeals.com.au deals credit will be announced on or around the 15th April 2012 and will be contacted by email.
9. Prizes will be dispatched to winners as soon as possible, but no earlier than 15^th of April, 2012.
10. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The $1,000 myfamilydeals.com.au will be valid for use during 2012 only.
11. There is one (1) $1,000 myfamilydeals.com.au deals credit, which can be awarded with this competition. The $1,000 myfamilydeals.com.au deals credit winner will be drawn at myfamilydeals.com.au corporate offices, located at 144 Scotts Lane Scotsburn Vic 3352 (or any subsequent address).
12. The winning entry will receive $1,000 myfamilydeals.com.au deals credit into their myfamilydeals.com.au personal account only and is not exchangeable for cash.
13. myfamilydeals.com.au has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that it deems is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Please note, the winner will be contacted by email only - the myfamilydeals.com.au deals credit will be valid only during 2012 only.
14. The winner of the $1,000 myfamilydeals.com.au deal credit competition consents that myfamilydeals.com.au may use their name and image for the purpose of publicity and promotion and acknowledges that myfamilydeals.com.au will own the copyright of any such images.
15. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late entries or any other entries which are not properly received.
16. myfamilydeals.com.au will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered as a result of entry into this competition or as a result of using the prize.
17. Any tax implications resulting from winning the $1,000 myfamilydeals.com.au deals credit/prize will remain the responsibility of the prize-winner and not myfamilydeals.com.au.
18. myfamilydeals.com.au will bear no liability or responsibility for any issues or faults of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
